Pros
The removable plates allow for thorough washing. The top plates come up and go in easily. They wash very well in the dishwasher. Great for indoor grilling.
This skillet is very dependable. Dependable heat.
Cons
Plates make metal-on-metal shriek when you clip them in and out, and i dislike having to unclip them to wash them when they're all greasy and slippery. It leaks two puddles of grease onto my counter (one on each side of the grease catcher) when i fry ... Read More
Overall a regrettable purchase. This appliance is poorly designed and a possible fire hazard. Boo to this design.
