Cons

Poorly designed product. Went from annoyance to hazard. A four slice toaster with a short shelf life. Amp; will not spend another dime on this product.

The bread toasts unevenly. Frozen toast, frozen bagel, bagel. It no longer ejects toast not even the cancel button works. When trying to pop up the lever manually, it doesn't work.

It's hard to clean because the trays are so flimsy. Also strange smell. Constantly burning my fingers on the metal part near where you take out the toast or bagel out.
