Pros

They usually empty it halfway, so i refill it about 20 minutes before my next class. Used for our daughter's reception for hot apple cider. We are big hot water drinkers and tea and coffee drinkers; so this machine is perfect for our needs.

It is quite durable. Given the price, it is hard to complain about some of the weaknesses. It is pretty easy to wash and clean as well.

Cons

This is very deceiving! I need a good size coffee urn but not a restaurant size that holds 100cup! I see that it is no longer available, so maybe it was defective.
