Not buying from hamilton beach anymore. Only lasted two weeks. Disgusting and disappointing. Hamilton beach is so broke and cheap, that they have one customer service human for all of north america. You can get ghosted by hamilton beach.
This only makes 8 cups. No timer to auto brew. No clock. Power plug sloppy fit, spout drips and did not sit flat. No hb pod.

Just fyi this perc has been discontinued by hb (which is sad) so basically no warranty.
Got tired of constantly descaling and flushing our keurig!

It was on sale and the price was right.
Even if parts in stock part was $20 plus delivery.

Shame about the extremely poor delivery service !
They replied quickly and sent me another .

Only flaw is the lid does not lock you can pull lid off when you shouldnt be able to

I bought a cuisinart percolator and it took forever to get to temp and when you pour and add cream i always had to microwave it which killed the flavour
