Pros
Keep warm button is very handy. Only thing i would change is that i don't like to hear the beep sound when i select the temp and start.
It heats up enough water for a mug of coffee in 110 seconds. The unit boils water faster than our microwave or gas range.
This is a great teapot. Since steeping is also important to a good cup of tea it would be neat if there was also a timer on the kettle. I’m teas lover and i like temperature settings that are making so much easier to brew a perfect cup.
Price is great compared to the other higher-priced models. I'm not a fan of writing reviews unless the product moves me emotionally to do so. Wow superb customer service.
Cons
When set to the default boil temp, it actually does not shut off after reaching a boil - it will just keep boiling. It shakes really bad when boiling.
