Pros

This little maker makes great tasting coffee! It is so versatile.

Single serve canister is an upgrade from the scoop model. Full carafe side works great too - no complaints there. Great versatility for a single dude.

When using k cups you have to be careful the latch is secured. I like that it has a single cup and a multi coffee cup side by side. The one-cup side can be used with a ceramic mug as shown, or a taller travel mug.

Cons

It takes almost 10 minutes to brew coffee from the single pod side. Water pours down the side of the pot as you pour into cup so you have to use over the sink to avoid a mess.

Pods are expensive for lazy days !

Each has lasted about 7 years or so which is great for a relatively inexpensive appliance.

I would have rated it a five but reduced by one star because the bonus gold toned filter was not in the box.

Checked the box i still have and no large filter.

Competitiveness

Finally decided to try amazon and they were cheaper than even olies.

It produces better tasting coffee than the kuerig did.
