Pros

The design allows use of single cup, single pod, or large carafe. Takes a few mins to brew a single cup but the ease of cleanup makes it worth it!

Hamilton beach flexbrew 2 way coffee maker. Works great and can chose reg. The coffee itself is bold when i set it to bold, and is delicious.

Cons

Coffee pours through the basket and spills all over the counter, even with the coffee carafe in place. Overpressures the k cups at the end of the brew and pops the foil off of the cup, which blows grounds and coffee everywhere.

The delivery system is clogged and you need to take a paper clip to clean all needles which the water flows through. The machine itself leaves puddles on my counter. Toss the machine in a landfill.

Bought warranties on all of them, noone emailed back. It’s a lot of money for a product that does not work correctly and actually is a hassle.

Quality

The k-cup, the personal use and the karaf option all work great and i love i have three ways to make coffee.

It brews k-cup coffee in a fraction of the time the original did and i really like the water reservoir in the back.

At the very top of that metal tip, there is a hole that allows the water to flow through, and that's were the clog was.

(the old one i had lasted a long time and didn't owe me any money.
