Pros

The carafe pot side is basic and works great. The pod side is better than any kerig machine i've seen. This is the second flex brew we had.

Cons

It will brew maybe a quarter of what i request, then the power cuts off. The carafe is a poor design and leaks all over the place. The plastic chosen for the machine reservoirs(yes both) is * noxious it infects the flavour of the coffee.

I have owned one for 6 months now and despise it more every time i use it. I am not a coffee aficionado jut like coffee and this is not worth the money. It's unacceptable for a coffee maker to last less than 2 years (twice).

Quality

I recently purchased the hamilton beach flexbrew trio 2-way coffee maker and i have to say, i'm incredibly impressed with this product.

I like fairly strong coffee, & i can get that with the generic pod holder & some brands.

Convience of 2 brewing stations in one product

Competitiveness

It comes with a kuerig holder to put loose coffee in.

I love that i can use my own coffee grounds with the single serve side or use a k-cup pod for even more convenience.

Was looking for a k-cup brewer with 'strong' option that produced 'hot' coffee.

The new keurigs are much more restrictive.
