Pros

The motor works fine, no complaints there. Comes in a very nice locking storage case.

Cons

I plead with anyone listening do not buy this item. It is a nice entry level immersion blender but beware it is not very durable. I am done with your cheap *, poorly made products.

Hamilton-beach purposely manufactures these hand blenders to fail at the switch. You have the rest of your hand wrapped around the slippery main housing of the device. And, into the landfill it goes.

If you are looking for an inexpensive stick blender, this one is ok for light duty use.

It's nice to have a product powerful enough to do that which at the same time being very affordable.

Comes in a handy carrying case, which is convenient for me when i travel.
