Pros

Excellent device. I especially like hamilton beach products for their reliability. Product is worth it. I'm glad i did because this mixer is a gem.

This works, and it's easily cleaned and reassembled. The self storage is very nice for me. It cleans very easily and stores compactly.

It blends/mixes/fluffs (whipped-cream) with ease and speed. It mixes even the toughest doughs i throw at it. It's lightweight and not noisy.

Cons

Nice quality works good does what it needs to.

The power is great and noise level is not loud

It is so powerful i haven't even used the turbo button or ran it on high for more than a few seconds.

The last hand mixer i bought sprayed everything everywhere on the lowest speed.

I was so impressed how quickly the products were delivered.

I called customer service and they are sending me a new machine and i will just return the current one once we receive the new one.
