Cons

Lid needs a seal to stop steam escaping and liquids boiling off. Lid latch elastic strap does not do enough by itself to prevent leaks.

Qt model should not be marketed as being portable. Two-day shipping appears to be a thing of the past, therefore, scratches. This slow cooker is not portable, unless there are no liquids in your food.

One side of the crockpot/slow cooker literally comes to a boil and burns food, while the other side is actually slow cooking as it should.

Just as advertised, easy to assemble and clean

This is a good quality product; it is easy to clean and heats well.

Ceramic bowl slipped out of my hand when washing and broke.

This basically ruins food if you're trying to do low and slow cooking, in my opinion.

It was a gift but got here faster than expected

Recieved replacement in a timely manner, all was good and shipping the original return was easy.

Don't know yet how well it works but crockpot arrived dented, box was torn but not in area where dent was.
