Pros
This food processor works perfectly chopping and blending and mixing everything from boiled eggs to pecans to parmesean cheese chunks. I like the power it has when chopping. I recommend this unit for anyone just starting out with this food processor.
I fear it will never last as long as its predecessor. It gets the job done quick so it's not blasting the ear drums for too long at a time. It's also louder than i expected.
It performs well and is easy to clean. Freed up a lot of prep time for sure. It is dishwasher safe.
Cons
Customer service rep advises that i should have read the full manual before buying so that i would have known that they don’t cover shipping for replacements of defective parts. Please press 2 for.

Loved this processor so much especially the grater… but it abruptly stopped working one day when i went to use it after only a few months.
All i wanted was a food processor that grated a fine grate, sliced a fine slice and chopped nuts.
