Pros

The thermal mug makes a piping hot pot of coffee. No warming plate in the base is a plus. Lastly, the auto off gives me peace of mind before i leave the house.

Cons

Coffee maker doesn't seem well-made, it’s not the easiest to clean, and it gurgles so much! The carafe is very heavy and pours badly. Coffee is weak and barely look warm. Brewed 3 pots and the shut off on the basket broke.
