Highly recommend this product. Have had no issues over the past 6 months. Very happy with the purchase. This is the second one we have owned.
Cute little brush is useful to brush off the coffee ground residue from stainless steel cup. I like all the presets on this and it’s easy to clean and pack away.
Cons
The lid design is very poor. Hard to lock and difficult to reinsert chamber.
The original hamilton beach custom grinder is superior to this updated version. Started smoking about halfway through the grind and continued to smoke even after unplugging it from the wall.

The product of small neat quiet and runs efficiently.
Price
Very good stuff for very small price.
The reviews seemed good as well as the price.
Well buy again if the price drops again.
Only thing is, we got taken on the price.
Packaging/appearance
It works well; i like that it takes very little space, the brush attaches to the body and the container lifts out of the grinder.

I had it for more than 4years.

Really wanted a burr grinder but thats not in the budget at the moment

As a few other reviewers have indicated it took me a few tries to get it to work at first because the lid must lock correctly in place and be perfectly aligned before it will turn on
