Pros

Hard to mess that up. The rice is perfect every time! I hope it lasts for years to come. Will buy product again,l luv ❤️ it.

Great rice cooker and steamer. In addition it is good when steaming dumplings. When you open the lid steam will escape, so be carful.

This is really like a multi-cooker. Cleaner, more intuitive interface and better timing monitor to coordinate meal prep. Only other negative is that it doesn't mention mocha or anything like that.

Pot is easy to clean. The nonstick pot inside of it, it's removable and it has small side holders, so one can take it to the counter, or the table for serving.

The layout is simple, and practical. Not quite as easy to guesstimate different kinds of rice. One learns rapidly how to have the rice turn out as preferred.

Overall quality of this machine is good and other than the 8 membrane switch buttons, i'm not really concerned about anything breaking.

Combined with the decently large size, you could kill two birds with one stone stone cook your rice and veggies at the same time.

This is really like a multi-cooker, because besides rice, it cooks hot cereal, and it can steam meat, and vegetables.

)i'm very pleased with this as a replacement for a zojirushi machine that i had for about 10 years.

Glad i missed spending the extra money on those expensive models.
