    Heres what you need to know1 do not plug the unit in until you have inserted the straw into a bottle of water

    Because as soon as you plug it in it wants to suck water into the reservoirs which it cant do if the straw isnt in the bottle and the bottle isnt full of water

    If you already screwed up and plugged the unit in before doing 1 and 2 above simply unplug it and start over
