The bread i've made so far is better than the oster machine ever produced. Gonna try more recipes from the hamilton beach website too. I love the recipes in the 'electric bread' cookbook that came out in the 90s.
Cons
The instruction manual is of no help whatsoever. I'm glad i was awake this late and watching tv when i saw white smoke coming from the kitchen. Will be returning it.
The motor is very weak; seems to struggle to knead from the moment i press start, even before the ingredients are mixed. This pan is also suppose to be for 2 pounds. If i’d use my same recipe in this machine it would run out of the pan. I am not sure ... Read More
