Two steaming bowls give flexibility for usage. Divider between the two bowls allows steaming food items like corn on the cob. It steams everything perfectly. Perfect for steamed buns, pork dumplings, and vegetables.

It works great for this purpose but has also been fantastic for other purposes. The biggest pro in my opinion- has a nested storage design that does not take up much space.

I have hot and * dumplings ready in almost 20-25 minutes. My chicken breast comes out nice and moist every single time. The only way to make boiled eggs.

The steaming time is inconsistent. I steam broccoli in 20 minutes and carrots in 45 it's not worth the hassle. It really gets very hot and the pieces are not clearly marked and have to be placed in the exact order or will scold.

The plastic top broke off in a circle around the small screw that attaches the translucent plastic handle to the clear top lid. The tray with the removable bottom constantly falls apart. On this model, the lid handle is a hollow plastic.
