Pros
The lid is plastic on the inside but it is removable although that does defeat the auto off boil feature. The removable flip lid is pretty cool and which gives easy access for cleaning.
Super easy to wash, even the calcium buildup. Super minor blemish, almost undetectable. This also clicks off when done and is easy to hear without being annoying.
Boils super fast, and reboils even faster as the double wall acts like a thermos. Heats the water incredibly fast and does not seem to have any problems yet. One of the nicest features is the thermostat-override switch.
Insulated double wall of this unit solves that problem perfectly. Stays cool so you don't get burnt. One disappointment is that the cool touch exterior still gets quite warm.
Cons

Once removed, this sticker leaves behind on the body a dark discoloration in the shape of it. Water *never* comes out just from the spout and into my cup. Backing of the lid still plastic.

I just love this product and i would buy it as a gift anytime.
However, i did not have any issues with the spout dripping as one reviewer mentioned.
I don't think it's a huge concern because it really doesn't come in contact with the water at all.
Packaging/appearance

That would make it a 5-star product.
Holds a relatively low volumn of water which is fine for this household as we only make a cup or two at a time.

You pretty much need the outlet to be right next to it so its not very flexible unless you use an extension

If this is a concern you have to spend a lot more money or use more electricity and wait longer for a stovetop stainless kettle

I beliebe you have to keep the filter in for the automatic shutoff feature to work

The other possible concern is that the cord is very short so you have to be right next to the outlet

O would have liked if all the pieced in the lid would have been non plastic but i am ok that at least the water does not touch directly any plastic

I first bought a glass kettle and found out it wasnt a one piece glass but there was a seal at the bottom which means that the plastic seal which ever plastic it is i dont care
