Pros

I-love the retractable cord, just such a great idea. It's 1700 watts so this iron heats up fast and gets hot enough to get out wrinkles. Perfect for ironing my granddaughter school uniforms.

This one looks sturdy and has the same steam features he used in the other one.

It's so awesome that i'd happily pay twice as much for it! It’s up front and visible. I just hope this stands up to the test of times like my old one did. Will try to update you later.

Cons

It is as though the cap was cut incorrectly for the steamer hole. The fill cap is snapped completely closed. Hamilton beach says its not under warranty.
