Pros
Double frying baskets are the way to go. It heats up relatively fast considering it holds a gallon of oil. Each basket has a hook to hang the basket to drain before emptying its contents.
Cons
The deep fryer is not the one for you. There's a reset button on the fryer but it does nothing. Warranty says they will replace but you must pay shipping! What kind of warranty is that?
