The shield plastic cover for the mixer is cracked on the side where you cover it so it doesnt fit right

I tried to reattach it with some glue but it always just popped back off so i gave up using that portion so dont let the bowl soak in your sink like i did

Just used my mixer for the first to was easy to operate and cleaned up will the only thing i dont like is that you cant use the sanitizer operation in the dish washer at least it can go into the dishwasher if it cant go into the dishwasher i dont buy it i dony rate any item a 5 star
