Pros

This is the only machine that supports the large pod. It brews every cup individually. We have a service at work that gives us the large canister for coffee but due to covid issues its not used.

The removable water reservoir helps me to fill it with the osmosis water we have at work. Only downfall is it might take an extra minute to heat up the water but otherwise this brewer is perect! My only dissatisfaction is wish the water tank held more... Read More

Coffee comes out fresh and piping hot. Using the regular setting is good, the bold setting is perfection. I prefer a bolder taste to my coffee.

The reservoir is the thing that i really love. Got it for a present for my neighbor. Loves it. Lighter and more modern design. Cleaning up is a breeze.

Cons

I dislike that it is now impossible to even start to get one cup of coffee out of it. Sounds like a piece of machinery. It is embarrassing. Would def. Not satisfied at all.
