The steamer had been used and repackaged. This is very lightweight but just doesn’t do the job of getting wrinkles out. Too weak to get out any wrinkles.

I haven't used the fabric brush yet but i got great results just with the head itself.

Using hard water is a fast way to ruin a steamer.

Packaging/appearance

Holding it horizontally i was able to safely remove the wrinkles from the polyester comforter.

Holding it vertically i was able to effectively release the wrinkles from the very wrinkled linen shower curtain.

Both were very wrinkled due to their packaging.
