I made my 1st batch of ice which u could not call it uce it was very thin and whole ice after a batches of ice it was fine know it makes great ice
My wife and i are very happy so far
It has a self cleaning mode just hold the power button for specs till it goes into cleaning mode put in 1 part water 1 part vinegar to clean it it will fill and empty the water holder wher it fills it to make the ice 5 times and will stop after that then empty the cleaning solution fill it with water and run the cleaning cycle again when its done empty the water fill it again the run it normally to make ice now ur done
After cleaning it like it says in the instructions
