Pros & Cons
Pros
This mixer is a workhorse. Mixer and attachments seem to be good quality. I love this mixer because it keeps everything together in one compartment.
This gets the job done with haste. Every time. The risk is a little flimsy so i am not sure how well it will hold up. It is a really good hand held and i recommend it for that.
Noise-free and quiet when mixing in a metal bowl. Comes with soft scrape beaters, a set of dough hooks and a whisk for eggs and whipped cream. Snap-on storage case keeps all the attachments in one place.
I have a 44-yr old hamilton beach that still works just fine. It's quite a bit louder than my new one (has always been loud) my only complaint is that the power cord is not detachable.
Cons
Watts is just not enough to be called 'professional' the mixer is shorter than my old one so when i am using taller mixing bowls, i have to prop the mixer on an inverted casserole dish to get the proper height. The rubber coated attachments seem like ... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Seems well made and the speeds are perfect.
Excellent power and easy to use itβs definitely 5 outta 5 i recommend it highly π
Makes short work out of any mixing/shredding in a recipe
My wife complained about the hand mixer she had, even on the slowest speed, would throw food out of the bowl.
Price
Great value for a great electric beaters π
I don't find anything fancy about this for it to be as expensive as it is.
I could understand it being $10-$15 more than a typical mixer but not double and triple the cost of a regular mixer.
Shipping
It was promptly replaced by amazon at no charge and the 2nd one works like a charm.
Packaging/appearance
However, the beaters provided in the packaging do not match those shown on the box in that the "dough hooks" were not in the box.
Instead the box included a second set of metal beaters of a little heavier construction than the "whisk".

This was not a big deal to my wife since she has no intention of using the dough hooks but it may be important to others who purchase this item
