Pros & Cons
Pros
Hamilton beach's professional line is top of the line when it comes to quality. I couldn't be happier with the quality, the look and the backing that hamilton beach provides their customers! No regrets now post 6 months of usage! This is so well made ... Read More
The motor is almost twice as powerful as the other mixie (which i chose largly for its ability to power through the toughest grinding tasks) it's powerful at max speed, sounds like it can blend nuts and bolts too! Not mad noisy either. The blades are ... Read More
The hamilton beach mixie comes with 3 different sized jars so you can mix anything from spices to soups. Each of the 3 grinding jars has its own blade. The jars are square rather than round which according to the manufacturer makes for better blending... Read More

Got this primarily for shakes/smoothies. Ingredients bounce like mad - more than a typical blender. Textures have a velvety smoothness we have not managed before. One caveat is that this does heat the liquid as it blends.
Cons
Though it is under warranty but customer service is not supportive. They are not ready to refund the money. It is only few months that i bought it and looking for another moxie now.
Highlights

Our machine is missing the bottom suction caps and it moves left and right when we use it without holding the jars or bottom machine .
Price
I'm loving it and worth every penny.
For about one-half the cost of a vita-mix you get about 80% of the power and several extra mixing containers.
Value services though bt expensive, east to operate, great power, safety clips.
Competitiveness
It's priced comparable to the popular indian brand of mixers.
Though the cost was a pullback factor, we went ahead and ordered the mixer grinder.
