This coffee maker is easy to clean and keep clean. It is well worth the price. Especially like the look and front loading water.
Cons
The most horrendous issue is that we cannot prevent grounds from ending up in our carafe and cups. The carafe is not drip free when pouring a full pot.
Highlights
Quality
I find the programmable setting convenient, and i love that i can tailor the taste to stronger if i want to even with a half pot.
The front load makes things so much easier as ours is on a shelf with a low cupboard above it.
The thermos is heavy empty so is even heavier when full of coffee!
After a week of use we have had zero issues with it.

The most important thing for me was to have a thermal caraffe cant stand the concept or the burnt taste of coffeee from glass pot taking heat from the bottom for hours to keep it warm
