This is my favorite crockpot. I like that the insert is not a heavy crock but a lightweight nonstick material. I love that i can sear the meat on the stove before i start the slow cook.

The aluminum insert is a game changer, it is easy to clean like the ceramic equivalent but it is so so so much lighter. It makes the whole contraption easier to store and bring back out of cupboards. It cleans up nicely in the dishwasher too.

This one has the lid you can secure while transporting. The locking lid makes for easy transport.

Cons

This crockpot is so cheaply made from china. It's so thin it couldn't be touched on handles or exterior. Wouldn't want to transport either due to heat and flimsy.

I love it and use weekly easy to operate and cleaning is a breeze

The crock pots i've been using for years are suddenly much too heavy - even when empty.

My wife's old slow cooker with the removable cooking pot gave up the ghost.

Case is an added bonus for a reasonable price

Was pleasantly surprised and i found this one that had the all the features that i wanted, but also affordable.
