Pros

Easy to use with packaged cups or using your own coffee. Makes a good cup of coffee, maximum of 14 ounces. This is the opposite of those super skinny coffee makers the same width as your cup. Sometimes i want a second mug, which is no problem.

Single-serve hamilton beach coffeemaker has a funnel for the k-cup holder. It comes with the insert for k-cups and one reusable filter for regular coffee grounds. The reusable coffee pod is also well constructed.

It brews quickly, and fairly quietly, and without a lot of steam escaping. It holds more water so i can brew 2 cups of coffee for myself, or company.

Wife likes the red, so much that we now have a red hamilton beach can opener too. Since my other hamilton beach items (slow cooker, inside grill) are working fine and lasting, i expect that this coffee maker will last at least past the warranty period... Read More

Cons

Water heats up, but only only pours out about an ounce or two of before shutting off. Very slow and incomplete drip.

I would suggest not purchasing this single brew hamilton beach flexbrew coffee maker. Not worth the cost and aggravation. Not recommended.

The first one's heating coil just wore out from repeated cleaning and no longer heated the water hot enough to brew the coffee.

This is a very good and affordable coffee maker .

And price was half from my old coffee maker.

I made this purchase after reading pros and cons of most similar coffee makers, and glad i did.

More reliable than the last 2 keurig brand machines we had with big water tanks on the side/back.
