Pros

The steam function works great, and i love the burst of steam and spray options. Have used it sparingly over 6 mo. Works very well and is inexpensive.

Very satisfied and would purchase this exact unit again. Great price. How awesome is that?

It glides more smoothly than any iron i've ever owned. The ability to turn the steam on and off while you are ironing. Plus an iron and a steamer.

Cons

Not the most expensive iron, but not the cheapest either. I hope the company reads this and addresses the defect.

Whatever you pay they gonna deliver the used one only. It was obviously repackaged. Returned and reordered. Not getting me a third time.

It drips water quite often which i do not like. Then it drips when i iron and leaves damp spots on my fabric. It only results in constant refilling. I'm stuck with a drip when there is water in the iron.

Yes, like my iron works perfect low weight.

It is a good iron performs as expected.

The other two features that i like are the cord storage and how long it stays on between using it--almost twice as long as my old iron!

It is worth and with this price, the quality is good and acceptable.

Packaging/appearance

This iron came in a box that was pretty beat up, and was re-taped real sloppy.

As i said, it looked like the box been opened before because the tape was on it, wasn't from the factory.

Amazon needs to take better care of packaging products.

The iron was in the manufacturer's box, and nothing else.
