The cord is attached by a ball joint swivel. It shoots out a good head of steam and is a joy to use. Love the retractable cord.
Irons well. Still excellent. Great iron. Works well. Amazing. Still works well.
Time saver. It irons items it a fraction of the time my old iron did. No complaints two years in--still works like new.
A great buy. What a beast. Love the product. Highly recommend.
Cons
The button for turning it on and changing the temperature is minuscule. The extra steam and spray * are very hard to push and i find that it sticks to the fabric sometimes causing extra wrinkles. Just stopover working after about 10 uses.

I like to use steam to press clothes however if you need the garment right away and you want it super pressed you need an iron

This iron is dead simple to use for someone that uses an iron for a conference less than once a year

The plateshoe is also supposed to be guaranteed for 7 years and slides easily over garments its ceramic and its smallerpointed allowing you to get into small areas
