Pros

The retractable cord is super handy, so is the cancel button. The wide slots accommodate anything i'm in the mood for.

This toaster is great for those loaves that end up with slices that are long. Nice wide openings for bread or bagels. Easy to do no matter how large the loaf or bagel is.

Cons

My review does not show as a verified purchaser. When i offered an exchange (not even a refund) heard nothing - not even a receipt of correspondence note.

The center gets toasted, but not the sides. Even from the beginning any setting above 2 resulted in burnt toast. Even worse, the casing has a sharp edge that my husband and i have both sliced our fingers on.

This is unquestionably the worst toaster i have ever had the displeasure of operating. A definite no for me on this toaster, because of durability. This one is half plastic and very poorly made.

Worst thing is how poorly it toasts the bread. toasting is inconsistent. One end and/or one side ends up much darker than the rest.
