The hamilton beach blender blends smoothly. It makes soft ingredients smooth, and margarita ingredients plus ice into a frozen margaritas. Comes with a cool blending cup.

The blender comes very securely packed in a heavy-duty cardboard box. Looks good, is a nice compact size and works as advertised. Looks like the entire assembly is pretty sturdy and should last a long time.

Glass blender works like a charm. No fuss. Works really well, and i like it's simplicity.

The blender is very wide and the blade area is not small enough to blend a lot of liquids well. The blades are too small. I guess my intuition was not working that day, because their instructions were vague and not helpful.
