The material used for the grip is a tad uncomfortable so i suggest using hand lotion to avoid irritation but that said i havent found anything more comfortable than this so i doubt its a problem with the product itself

Has a good mix of hand strengtheners only the finger strengthener comes across as low quality not very smooth operation

Unfortunately the handle is too short on that main equipment where you squeeze the handles against each other
