There are no instructions or exercises provided but they are simple to use and there is a lot of information on the internet so this is not a major issue

The finger exerciser was not very smooth but improved with a squirt of wd40

If you are a trumpet player this could be really useful however i thought it was a really interesting idea and it was the first item i tried out
