Pros
A great product, thankyou. This is magical! Absolutely * brilliant.
The control panel is big and bulky but i guess easy to operate by elderly people. I find it very handy to use it instead of turning on the heating when sitting down in the evening.
The heat pad slowly warms up and just keeps you nice and cosy for hours. The material is thick enough to clothe most people.
Heat pad really helps with my backache. Morning stiffness and muscle spasm is a part and parcel of this condition.
Cons
Slider control is super flimsy and it came off rendering it completely useless. May be faulty so have returned it. The clasp at the top is too tight around the neck also.

I consider this my fault and not a fault of the product.
I was a bit surprised that the wire was only one thread but i was relieved the the product did not work with the fault.

I had been having neck back and shoulder issues and needed a heatpad, so i ordered this one.
She can wear this when taking over the parts of the galaxy within reach of a 240v 3 pin socket.

That came with a rather thin removable sleeve for washing but it was nothing like this in quality comfort or softness

It does not get too hot if you are lying on it and shuts off after approx 90 mins

Unfortunately i caught the cord on something and it pulled the input socket apart from the jacket putting tension on the internal wires
