Pros

Water floss gets out what regular floss can't reach. I have a permanent retainer at the bottom and the water flosser does an impeccable job at flossing my teeth in that area.

Cons

It's too late to send it back, so i'll just have to buy another one from a different vendor. If the replacement cords are out of stock and they can't get any more replacement cords, than something has to be wrong with the unit and the cord.
