I did have a shipping issue with my order; the desk surface was damaged.
Packaging/appearance
I would give this 5 stars based on the product, but they really could use some help in the packaging for shipping.
The manufacturer really should make the packaging more transport-friendly.

The control box and one of the panels underneath came with broken plastic and the top had a couple of dent in the side

The metal parts are sturdy and were packed very well but the top came with only a single layer of cardboard around the top and edges and it is quite heavy

Arrived in 2 boxes where the metal parts were very well packaged in one but the tabletop box had only thin bubble wrap and the box was badly shredded
