Pros

Just the right size for a twin xl bed. This is why it doesn't spread and stays plush under your body. Ordered this pad due to a fractured hip.

It has deep pocket sides and fits very well on both our mattresses. Exceeded my expectations.

Cons

Reviewer says it's comfortable until 2pm when it starts radiating back at you. It's a glorified egg crate mattress topper with a thin fitted sheet cover over it. It gets very lumpy on my king sized bed.
