My grandson enjoys playing with this sorter toy. I foresee this being a favorite for many months to come as his skills develop.
The only downside to this puzzle is the pieces don't fit snugly. Can use as puzzle or to stack.
The hape color and shape sorter is a high-quality, durable wooden toy that performs exactly as expected. It will be more fun as my daughter ages and begins to work out how to properly stack and sort the blocks. What a beautiful toy.

They sent it at no charge and they shipped it quickly.

I was utterly surprised when the box came and was not minuscule.
Competitiveness
After buying a hape product i will not be purchases some of the other name brand wood puzzles.
The pockets are not deep enough with other competitors and can be frustrating for little ones.

My child started using this at around 7 months mostly picking up the blocks and tapping them on the base
