Somewhat disappointed i received a gyuto instead of a santoku but i guess since there isn’t much difference between the two i’m ok with it

About a year ago the tang fell out of the handle on my nonsantoku chefs knife from the set

I cant remember the exact details but i was very impressed with how far the tang extended into the handle it might have been fully
