It fits exactly the same as the original klein sweatbands. It's a nice headband for my hardhat but unlike most that just cover the front of your forehead, these ones wrap right to your temple on the side of your head.

Bought this three pack and they handle heavy sweat in hot environments well.
These sweat bands not only fit the hat well but are super comfortable and appear to be made at decent quality.
Being able to swap this every day and wash the used one is now apart of my daily routine
Price
The value isn't great if your only wearing for a week or two and throwing out, but wash it with clothes and reuse it and it's worth it.
