This teapot is all glass and its quite a bit lighter and more delicate than my previous ceramic teapot

Two quibbles 1 the 450 ml capacity is only about enough tea for a cup and a half 2 the mesh insert nestles under the rim of the teapot so when its time to remove it you really have no choice but to pull it out with your fingers and sometimes its pretty hot
