Pros

The structure feels sturdy, so there is less risk of breakage. Easy to clean and leave drying in the rack. I use the matte white one daily but:-scratches extremely easy (if that bothers you).

The thermos itself is light and the top screws on and works well. You can put scolding hot water in it water hot enough to brew coffee.

Cons

Looks great aesthetically, but stops there. The paint abrades easily and flakes off with normal use. It is not durable and clearly not a powder coat finish.

Coffee pours out very haphazardly. Preheating the carafe doesn't change this. Coffee drips out very slow from this gap onto the countertop.

The lid is 2 pieces of plastic which do not separate for easy cleaning. Get hario's dripper, filters, kettle, etc and pass on this insulated urn.

If you release it after you return the pot to upright position, the liquid returns to the pot from the lid, then it would not drip.

Price

For some reason the red one was $10 cheaper than any other color when i ordered, it's 600ml which is about 27 ounces.

Competitiveness

I paired it with the stainless steel hario v2 and the hario brand unbleached cone filters.

I have other thermos branded products that stay piping hot for 6-8 hours, so this was a disappointment.
