Pros

The savage 110 fcp hs precision in 300 win mag is holding up to the job very well. Has lasted about 8 years with moderate use on a remington 700 in 308. The harris 1a2-lm bipod is simple, functional, durable and ez on and off of my ruger m77 gunsite.

The legs are sturdy and have a tight lock when you adjust the length. The handles are strong and light. They're beefy, solid, rugged, and long lasting.

Great quality. Its unfortunate there are so many copies out there with decent quality, but this is the best.

Be careful with the adapter because you can cross thread and strip it easily.

I had looked and compared a bunch of other options on the market, as im not a wealthy shooter so cost is a major factor for me.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality/low cost bi-pod.

Competitiveness

Bought it for my ruger 10/22 that i use in 1000 yard competition.

I use it on an ar10, rem 700 and i really like it.

The caldwells and champions are junk compared to harris.

Dosent get better than a harris bipod
