The whole family enjoys this junior version - my 5 & 8 yo and even my husband that does not like playing games! Age appropriate for a 6 year old. Our 6 yo loves it.
Cons
This is not for those 5+. More complicated with less stable pieces than the adult version. The interaction between players in the original clue game is totally absent for this junior spinoff. What a disappointing family game night.
Difficult to see pieces on the underside and the bird is strangely devised. Board seems cluttered. Hard for some to maneuver through the clogs.

It’s a little confusing for them to learn how to mark off the paper and the character pieces are difficult to attach the toy pieces too.
