Pros

This strainer works well with skim, 2% & whole milk. The size is a bit large, but is perfect for a pot of yogurt made from a half gallon of milk. I make a gallon of yogurt about every 5 days using my instant pot.

The mesh size is perfect and holds back the gelled/coagulated curds. The liquid whey strains out easily.

Cleaning is a breeze with a good spray of water and a toothbrush. Cleaning the strainer was as simple as rinsing the screen and tub. A silicone spatula makes it very easy to get every bit of yogurt out.

Greek yogurt container with strainer has been a game changer. This strainer does the entire batch of yogurt at once.

Fits easily in my fridge too. Would take up less room and could stack them in the refrigerator saving space. It fit easily on my refrigerator shelf.

Cons

Bottom area below the filter is too small to hold all the whey from that gallon. Yogurt sticks to the filter material so you cannot get all of it out. Lid is warped and now is broken.
