This product is extraordinarily study, well designed, and attractive. It's a definite upgrade from my previous experience. Everything works as advertised.

The hatrigo makes greek yogurt super-thick and creamy. It's a must have if you like greek or icelandic-style yogurt.

This strainer separates the whey from the solids very well. The lid seals well and keeps additional unwanted microbes out. The mesh is fine enough that only the whey passes through.

The straining structure doesn't function well. You have to use a lot of water to get the strainer clean. I’m going back to my old strainer, which was simple and easy to clean.

Even soaking for days, still cannot get the mesh all clean. Makes the yogurt mold because you can't get it clean all the way!
