Pros
These are awesome. These are a basic item but work just as intended. I highly recommend anyone who wants to work on their core and legs to get a pair.
These make it easier to work abs by hanging on the pull up bar without the issue of my hands slipping. The straps are perfectly even, if you’re a newbie you're probably just doing it wrong. They also have more cushion for the arm.
Cons
The strap isn't long enough to comfortably get my arms in the supports. The padding is not comfotable at all. What's there is like cardboard.

Price
For the price ya can't beat it!
This one is the cheapest i found and i am very happy i bought this one and not an overpriced one.
It feels like many products are simply overpriced for no good reason.
It is great and makes me wonder why other straps cost anywhere from double the price to six times more.

While these dont have adjustments i ended up tying a knot on the short side and it works perfect
